Orders

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for losses arising from your use of the Store. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in the United States, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence, and you retain all rights and remedies available to you under those local laws.
