We want you to be happy with your purchase from TendHaven. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where possible. Some items, such as personal-care or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons; this will be noted on the product page where it applies.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we cannot process unannounced returns.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If the return is the result of our error — for example, the wrong item was sent, or the item arrived damaged or defectivewe will cover the cost of return shipping and send a prepaid label or reimburse your reasonable return-postage cost. For change-of-mind returns (you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong one, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that the return was received and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order. If you'd like help with an exchange, contact us and we'll guide you through it.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before the order ships; once it has shipped, the standard return process applies.
