Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TendHaven. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. We ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Most items ship from a U.S.-based warehouse, which keeps delivery fast and reliable. Once shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 2–7 business days, and occasionally up to 10 business days during peak periods or for remote destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees; total time to your door is processing time plus delivery time.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a few business days after dispatch for tracking events to begin updating.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers in the United States. We are not yet able to ship to other countries; additional regions, including Canada, may be added in the future.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. If a free-shipping offer applies, it will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Delays
While we work hard to meet the estimates above, delivery can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us through our Contact page and we will help track it down and make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs.
