How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery within the United States typically takes 2–7 business days, and occasionally up to 10 business days during busy periods. Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from a U.S.-based warehouse through trusted fulfillment partners. Keeping stock domestically is how we are able to offer fast 2–7 business day delivery, and every order is shipped with tracking.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a few business days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating. If you ever have trouble tracking your order, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), and checkout is secure.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to add more regions, including Canada, in the future.
What if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived?
Occasionally, carrier, weather, or customs delays can push a delivery beyond our usual estimate. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number and we'll help track it down and make it right.
